Meet the team

Our Board currently consists of 3 members. All three are Namibian nationals now living and working or studying in the UK.

  • Cat Paisley

Cat is a member of our Board of Trustees and Treasurer. She has recently got her degree as a Civil Engineer (1st Class) from the University of Liverpool. Cat enjoys a challenge and with her savvy number-crunching and tech skills, has built our website like a ninja!

  • Stephanie Collins

Stephanie is our Founder and Director. Stephanie has always loved working with and helping children and as a busy mum-preneur had a successful children’s party and events business in Botswana where she lived for a few years. Stephanie now works in London and spends her spare time volunteering at her local food bank.

  • Marliese Williams-Gill

Marliese is our Co-Founder and member of our Board of Trustees. As well as having been a foster carer for more than 6 years, Marliese also used to volunteer at one of the local food banks in her area.

Fundraising Regulator

We are committed to good fundraising practice! That is why we have registered with The Fundraising Regulator. The Code of Fundraising Practice sets the standards that apply to fundraising carried out by all charitable institutions and third party fundraisers in the UK. Look out for our FR badge on our website, newsletters and printed materials. It will help us build trust amongst supporters and donors by providing a visible demonstration that we take our fundraising practices very seriously.

Help4Nam have been registered since March 2022.
